There were 600 entries with bowlers coming as far away as WA, Port Fairy in Victoria, Warooka, Trinity Gardens, Langhorne Creek, West Lakes, Strathalbyn, Waikerie, Berri, Renmark, Loxton, Goolwa, Port Elliot, Kapunda, Willunga, Yankalilla and Victor Harbor as well as our local clubs.

More than 90 visitors and 109 locals participated with 48 bowling in each event.

The weather was absolutely perfect for ideal bowling throughout the whole carnival.

The money raised will continue to allow our KI Association teams to

complete in the Fleurieu Region and other venues as in the past.

Many visitors enjoyed our KI hospitality and friendship and several have made bookings to return for next year’s carnival.

I wish to thank our many sponsors who supported our carnival, which made this year’s event one of our most successful in recent times.

Our stalwart bowler, namely Ralph Turner made and donated a treasure chest, which raised $500 and was won by Jim Murray of Port Fairy Victoria. Much appreciated Ralph.
